The Position
Our client is seeking a Luxury Kitchen & Closet Sales Consultant to lead client development, sales, and project consultation for high-end residential projects. This role is ideal for a polished sales professional who excels at building relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding homeowners through significant home investments.
The successful candidate will work directly with affluent homeowners, custom home builders, architects, and interior designers to create customized solutions while delivering an exceptional client experience from the initial consultation through project completion.

Requirements
The Luxury Kitchen & Closet Sales Consultant will serve as the face of the company for prospective and existing clients. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, cultivating referral relationships, generating revenue, and helping clients select custom kitchens, closet, and storage solutions that fit their lifestyle and design preferences.
Success in this position is measured by sales performance, client satisfaction, relationship development, and overall project profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Conduct showroom consultations and in-home client meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with luxury home builders, architects, interior designers, and homeowners
  • Develop new business through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Consult with clients regarding custom kitchens, closets, pantries, home offices, entertainment centers, and storage solutions
  • Present product options, finishes, layouts, and pricing recommendations
  • Guide clients through the selection and purchasing process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals and client expectations are achieved
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Represent the company at networking events, home shows, and industry functions
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Proven success in luxury sales, custom home products, kitchen and bath, closets, interior design, residential construction, real estate, or related industries
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build trust with high-net-worth clientele
  • Experience working with custom kitchens, closets, storage solutions, cabinetry, or interior finishes preferred
