Position Summary
Resolve West Allis is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our team in Wisconsin. This role supports the dietary department by assisting with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary guidelines
  • Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
  • Stock and replenish supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with cooks and dietary staff to ensure quality service

Qualifications

  • Previous dietary, food service, or kitchen experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
