Medical Supply Kit Production Associate - Blue Bell, PA (Onsite)

We have an incredible opportunity for a part-time Medical Supply Kit Production Associate to join ICON’s Accellacare In-Home Care team, on a 6-month contract. The Production Associate is responsible for fulfilling work orders to include kits and bulk supplies for investigator sites.

This role is with Accellacare, part of ICON's clinical research network, where you’ll play a key role in transforming the clinical trial experience for patients and sponsors alike. Our global site network is designed with one goal in mind: to deliver better access, greater efficiency, and improved outcomes in clinical research.


Details:

  • Location: 731 Arbor Way, Blue Bell, PA, United States
  • Hours: Part Time - 24 hours per week (arrival time between 7:00-9:00am ET)
  • Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential to extend or convert permanent

What you will be doing:

  • Process work orders by printing necessary documents (barcodes, requisition forms, and kit production forms) and assemble kits with medical supplies for shipment to investigator sites
  • Refurbish specimen shipping boxes and disassemble supplies returned from investigator sites
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
  • Assist with inventory and stocking of equipment

Your profile:

  • 6 months of clinical research or medical experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable performing tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and light lifting 60% of the time
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate systems, enter data accurately, and use standard Microsoft Office software
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
