About DuraMark Technologies:
Join the DuraMark family and be part of living our core values as a Processing Specialist I. This
position is responsible for providing a high level of attention to detail in inspecting and processing all
products moving through the production floor.
Processing activities include cutting, pre-masking, packaging, part marking and kit assembly of our
durable label products. We have demanding standards and so do our customers. All WIP (work in
process) needs to be processed in compliance with the customers' standards and to DuraMark's level
of Quality. Examples of the quality checks we complete on every print are color matching, text, size,
clearness, wrinkles, bubbles, streaks, etc.
Every Processing Specialist I ensures that we ship quality products to customers every day.
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality control of finished goods
  • Using the cutting machine to trim down product to customer specifications
  • Removing waste from printed materials
  • Pre-masking product
  • Counting - Basic math skills
  • Packaging and kit assembly
  • Computer literacy
  • Other work as required by company management

Skill Set:
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Ability to work as a team and as an individual contributor
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to learn and follow procedures and instructions
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds and meet physical requirements of the job
  • Competent with technology (iPad) and ERP usage (NetSuite or equivalent)
  • Reliable and consistent attendance and work habits
  • Ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks
