Tour Merch Director – North America (Live Entertainment / Merchandise)
We're partnering with a leading music and entertainment merchandising company to find a Tour Director for North America. This is a high-impact role overseeing the logistics, inventory, and financial operations behind live tour merchandise for major touring artists.
What you'll do:
- Manage stock ordering, shipping, and redistribution to venues across a touring schedule
- Control inventory across multiple locations to keep stock levels optimized
- Own sales reporting and work closely with Finance to speed up revenue collection post-show
- Deploy and supervise road managers, including timesheet oversight
- Contribute to income forecasting, product selection, and quality control alongside Brand and Creative teams
- Produce end-of-tour financial and stock reconciliations
- Build direct relationships with artist management while keeping internal teams aligned
What you bring:
- Proven logistics management experience, ideally in music or entertainment
- Strong financial acumen and experience with revenue tracking
- Leadership experience managing distributed teams
- Comfort with data-driven decision making
- Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours around tour schedules
- Genuine understanding of the live music industry and merchandise sales
