Each One Teach One Learning Center is seeking a passionate, dependable, and energetic Pre-K Teacher who is committed to preparing young learners for kindergarten through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Position Summary

The Pre-K Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children's academic, social-emotional, physical, and language development. The teacher will maintain a safe, nurturing classroom while building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards.
  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Prepare students for kindergarten readiness.
  • Complete observations, assessments, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and classroom records.
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress.
  • Ensure all licensing, health, and safety regulations are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging learning environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and fellow teachers.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children preferred.
  • CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for educating young children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must successfully complete all required background screenings.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
