As a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will bring our exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum to life through purposeful play, hands-on exploration, character development, and teacher-guided instruction. You'll help children build the academic, social, emotional, and problem-solving skills they need to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.

What You'll Do

As a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

  • Implement Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum
  • Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that support literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, and social-emotional development
  • Foster independence, critical thinking, and kindergarten readiness skills
  • Support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth through purposeful play and intentional instruction
  • Utilize Primrose Friends and character development lessons to teach important life skills such as kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and perseverance
  • Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress
  • Build strong relationships with families through ongoing communication and partnership
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Guide children using positive behavior management techniques
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team members to create exceptional learning experiences
