Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the west side of the Phoenix valley. With 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our current needs while planning for the expansion to our 5th clinic space. Our mission is to help every child reach their greatest potential. We offer a great training model for any new grads or experienced COTA's looking to work in a creative and fun environment. We want you to be the best therapist you can be! Team 4 Kids is committed to helping you reach your greatest potential! T4K is also located 20 minutes from one of the valley's top entertainment districts: P83 & Westgate Entertainment District.

Responsibilities:
  • Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions, groups/classes and co-treats. Weekly department/company meetings, as well as supervision meetings. Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a current license for Occupational Therapy Assistants License in Arizona. If out of state must be willing to obtain an Az License.
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience in pediatrics.
