Overview
Hourly Pay: $20.00 to $24.00, includes quarterly metric bonus opportunity!
Location: 3133 W Frye Rd., Suite 525, Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am - 3pm AZ Time)
On-Site/Hybrid/Virtual all ok
Are you passionate about mental health? Can you overcome obstacles to get kids the help they need? Then consider joining Embark Behavioral Health as an Admissions/Sales Coordinator. We are seeking highly skilled and passionate professionals to work directly with families to help them navigate the admissions process and get them the services they need.
Responsibilities
  • Help families (over the phone) get admitted to one of Embarks mental health treatment programs.
  • Conduct a initial assessment of their needs.
  • Coordinate the admission process.
  • Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
  • Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
  • Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
  • Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
  • Participate in team and weekly meetings.
  • Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years experience working in behavioral health or healthcare admissions required.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature and ability to overcome challenges is required along with exceptional phone skills and team work.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bi lingual - Spanish to English desired.
