Join Our Team as a Beginning Kids Coach!
Do you love working with kids and bringing energy, fun, and positivity to every day? We're looking for enthusiastic, caring individuals to join our coaching team at New Hope Gymnastics! As a Beginning Kids Coach, you'll lead exciting classes that help children grow in confidence, skill, and love for movement. No day is the same, and your impact is real - every smile, every high-five, every skill mastered.


You'll be teaching beginner-level classes in tumbling, girls gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, and boys gymnastics - all using the New Hope way, with joy, discipline, and heart. We'll train you in everything you need to know! If you're ready to inspire and be inspired, we'd love to meet you!

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing - Beginning Kids Coach

As a Beginning Kids Coach at New Hope Gymnastics, you'll be helping kids build confidence, learn new skills, and fall in love with movement. We'll train you in our approach - all you need is a great attitude and a heart for children.


Your role will include:

  • Teaching beginner-level gymnastics classes for boys, girls, preschoolers, and tumbling
  • Leading fun, high-energy classes that keep kids moving, learning, and smiling
  • Using our New Hope coaching methods to teach skills, encourage discipline, and create consistency
  • Maintaining a safe and positive class environment at all times
  • Communicating regularly with parents about their child's progress and experience
  • Collaborating with other coaches and staff to create a supportive team environment
  • Participating in occasional events, team meetings, or special programs as needed
  • No experience needed, the perfect after school experience
