Job description

Kids Activity & Soccer Coach needed for children ages 2-8 - WEEKENDS ONLY & NO SOCCER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication.
After completing our paid training program, coaches earn $25/hour and have the opportunity to earn up to $30/hour through advancement with our team.

This is not a seasonal position, please do not apply if you are not available year round. We have sessions Monday-Sunday. Coaches can coach only on weekends, with the potential to join weekday sessions if you are interested.

A typical day of a Soccer Shots coach:
  • View & print attendance for the day's sessions
  • Look the part in your uniform & neat, professional appearance
  • Arrive 15-30 minutes before your session begins
  • Greet the families and children to Soccer Island
  • Teach the week's curriculum in each 30-45 minute session
  • Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities while having FUN
  • Connect with children on an individual level
  • Update attendance online after completing the day's sessions
SCHEDULE:
We are looking for candidates with weekend availability. Saturday & Sunday AM (8-12PM) AND/OR Saturday PM (3-5PM). There may be opportunity for more hours in the future, but candidates must have weekend availability. This is not a seasonal position. Please do not apply if you do not have year-round availability.
