Job description

Life’s too short to not work someplace awesome!
If you love kids, enjoy being active, and want a job where fun and purpose go hand in hand, this could be the perfect role for you.

About Our The Little Gym

At The Little Gym of Greenwood Village, we’re building something special — a place where kids grow stronger, braver, and more confident while having serious fun.

As a mom and local owner, my goal is simple: make a difference in the lives of children and families in our community and create a place where every child feels supported, celebrated, and like they truly belong.

The Role

As a Coach at The Little Gym, you’ll be on the floor teaching fun, high-energy classes that help kids grow physically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll follow our proven curriculum and teaching methods — and don’t worry, we’ll train you on The Little Gym way. You’ll spend your time moving, playing, encouraging, and helping kids feel confident and proud in every class.

What You’ll Do

  • Teach safe, fun, imaginative classes using our proven curriculum.
  • Help keep the gym clean, organized, and ready for classes.
  • Support membership conversations with families and help new families get started.

You’d fit in here if…

  • You love kids and aren’t afraid to roar, splash, or “arrgh” your way through a class.
  • Kids connect with you — and parents trust you.
  • You enjoy staying active and moving throughout your shift.
  • You know how to have fun while still following structure and safety.

You may think we’re awesome because…

  • Children walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
  • You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
  • We take our fun pretty seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously.  The relationships you’ll build here will last a lifetime.
  • You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours.

As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. If this sounds like the job you’ve been dreaming about, what are you waiting for? We’ve been waiting for you!
