What are Kickback jobs?

Kickback jobs typically refer to unethical or illegal arrangements where someone receives a portion of the proceeds from a business transaction as compensation for facilitating the deal, often without the knowledge or approval of all parties involved. In the workplace, this usually involves employees or officials accepting payments in exchange for awarding contracts or business. Such practices are considered corrupt and can lead to serious legal and professional consequences for those involved. Kickbacks undermine fair business practices and are prohibited by most organizations and by law.
