What you'll own
Team Leadership
Hire, train, coach, and fire up a high-performing sales team. Set the culture. Raise the standard.
Performance & Goals
Set monthly and annual targets for units, gross profit, and operating income - then hit them.
Inventory Management
Source, order, and merchandise new and used vehicles. Keep the lot stocked and moving.
Market Intelligence
Analyze market data and sales reports to craft campaigns that win customers and outpace competition.
Factory Programs
Administer and maximize manufacturer-sponsored programs to drive volume and bonus dollars.
Cross-Department Alignment
