This is what we would like you to do:

Join in all Kirtland Financial Services (KFS) duties to support the KFS team in delivering high-quality client service and wealth management. This role provides exposure to financial planning, investment strategies, client relationship management, and operational processes within the KFS team.

Primary Job Duties:

  • KFS Operations Support
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and client calls (as appropriate)
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and updating systems
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of client requests, communications and transactions
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records within CRM systems
  • Respond to internal requests and support day-to-day team operations
  • Assist with account onboarding, operational processes and marketing support
  • Assist in preparing financial plans, investment proposals, and client presentations
  • Create charts, reports, and summaries for client meetings and internal use
  • Monitor market news and provide summaries of relevant economic and investment developments
  • Conduct research on equities, fixed income investments, mutual funds, ETFs, and market trends
  • Support portfolio monitoring, including performance tracking and reporting
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and firm policies
  • Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
  • Completes special requests and projects for KFS as assigned
  • Ensures work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Certification:

  • Actively enrolled in a full-time academic program at an accredited college or University required.

Experience Required:

  • One year of work or volunteer experience recommended.
