RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Scrum Master who thrives in an environment with autonomy and trust.
Summary:
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently with minimal guidance, shows strong initiative, and naturally -connects the dots- to anticipate what the team needs-often before they ask. The right candidate is proactive and forward-thinking, able to identify risks early, get in front of issues, and keep the team focused and moving smoothly. You don't wait to be told what to do-you see what's missing, bring clarity, and take action for the team.
Most importantly, you are a true servant leader and an exceptional teammate. You create a safe, collaborative environment, remove obstacles, and empower the team to do their best work. You protect the team's time and focus and continuously look for ways to improve how the team works together.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions with little oversight
* Demonstrates strong initiative and ownership
* Able to synthesize information, connect the dots, and proactively support team needs
* Anticipates and addresses issues before they become blockers
* Acts as a servant leader who supports, coaches, and advocates for the team

* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
