Kforce has a premier client in San Antonio, TX that is searching for a talented and experienced AP Processors to help with the increased volume of work due to a new implementation project. This is an immediate need and offers competitive compensation and benefits during the contract engagement. Responsibilities: The AP Processor will perform independent research to identify and resolve vendor account issues or invoice discrepancies Identifying duplicate payments Processing corrections or missing invoices identified as part of vendor account research as needed As an AP Processor, you will verify invoices against purchase orders or purchase order line items to ensure appropriate invoice allocation Requirements: 2+ years of AP experience in a high -volume setting Recent experience with an ERP system and implementation Strong Excel experience - formulas, Pivots, Vlookups Strong communication skills Analytical mindset The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
