Location: Cupertino, California (Hybrid)
Duration: 06+ months Contract

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Keynote Designer to support our department in maintaining high standards for internal-facing presentations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with managers, producers, and designers across the organization to provide presentation support at all stages of their projects. This role involves offering design assistance, visual polish, and technical support for presentations ranging from boardroom meetings to stage performances.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with layout, design, and narrative support in Keynote presentations.
  • Provide support for both brief and extensive presentation projects.
  • Supply visual resources needed for presentation building.
  • Ensure the correct use of type, hardware images, layout, visual solutions, and templates across all projects.
  • Assist with preparation for stage performances, including design and technical optimization.
  • Support the maintenance and elevation of department-standard templates.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience creating and producing presentations for executives.
  • Proficiency in Keynote.
  • Expertise in visual storytelling, narrative strategy, and translating concepts for larger audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity and change during projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour on W2
