You will be a key technology leader for 300,000+ students and 10,000 employees, across 5 institutions and 27 campus locations. As the Senior Manager, IT, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT department and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our technology landscape. The Senior manager will lead a team of IT professionals, manage IT product lifecycle, manage projects, and provide strategic guidance to align our technology initiatives with the overall business goals. A Senior Director typically has a broader scope of responsibility compared to a Director. They are responsible for overseeing multiple teams, departments, or functions within an organization. This may include managing multiple projects, budgets, and resources across various areas of IT.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,ย Information Technology, or a related field orย equivalent industry experience Required.

  • Five (5) plusย years Demonstrated success in managing complex IT projects, overseeing larger teams, and dealing with higher-level strategic responsibilities. Required and
  • Five (5) plusย years Experience in diverse areas of IT, such as infrastructure management, enterprise software implementation, cybersecurity, or digital transformation, may be required.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, products and software applications.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to IT operations and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, products and software applications.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,336.75 and $145,077.09. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
