Logistics Generalist/Warehouse Associate
Larson-Juhl (a Berkshire Hathaway Company)
Located in Roselle, IL
Shift is Monday - Friday: 5 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
This is a Full-Time hourly position, wage range of $19-$20/hour (dependent upon experience)

Our Opportunity
We are looking for a Logistics Generalist to serve as a member of our warehouse team.  The ideal candidate is a team player who is self-motivated and hard-working. Each team member is crucial to the overall success of the team, and we expect each person to contribute their ideas for continuous improvement. Our work environment is influenced by our customers – craftspeople and artists helping consumers and businesses’ make their environments personal and compelling through art and wall décor. 
Key Responsibilities 
Your primary responsibility will be a single area of the warehouse as listed below. You will also be cross trained in other areas of the Materials Distribution Center and are expected to demonstrate teamwork and help fellow team members as needed.
  • Pull and process Moulding, Mats and Supplies for outgoing transfer orders
  • Unload and receive freight from suppliers
  • Operate powered equipment, including forklifts and pickers        
  • Replenish stock into picking locations in the warehouse
  • Inspect materials for defects
  • Load outbound freight into trucks and containers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

What You Need to Be Successful
  • Warehouse/production environment experience
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Can read and recognize product variations
  • Basic computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication skills for enhanced teamwork
  • H.S. diploma or GED, preferred
