The Role

As an HVAC/R Service Technician Commercial Refrigeration, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the Denver area and surrounding Colorado communities. As business needs require, you may occasionally travel to support other SRV Temperature Solutions branches, including Iowa and New Mexico, during periods of high customer demand.

We're not looking for technicians who simply swap parts until the light turns green. We're looking for tradesmen who understand systems, solve problems, and take pride in delivering quality work for customers.

You'll work on a variety of commercial and industrial equipment while helping customers keep their facilities operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and commercial HVAC

  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently and effectively

  • Complete accurate service documentation and work orders

  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and system performance

  • Stay current on industry technologies, best practices, and equipment advancements

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of HVAC/R experience (refrigeration industry experience)

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Professional communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning

Service Territory & Travel

This position primarily serves customers within your local branch's service area. As business needs require, team members may occasionally provide support to other SRV Temperature Solutions branches during periods of high customer demand. Occasional travel, including overnight travel when necessary, may be required.

Why Join SRV Temperature Solutions?

We offer competitive pay, full benefits, quality equipment, year-round commercial work, and a company culture that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and employee development. If you're ready to work alongside a team that respects the trade and invests in its people, we'd love to meet you.
