• A problem-solver who can stabilize struggling locations, improve culture, and increase operational performance

• Someone comfortable supporting new store openings, staffing challenges, and operational transitions
• A flexible leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to different locations and team dynamics
• A long-term leader who will eventually transition into managing a permanent “home” shop within the LV Petroleum network

Ideal Background:
• Multi-unit truck service or diesel shop leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of diesel shop operations, KPIs, workflow, and labor management
• Experience leading high-volume truck service environments
• Ability to travel nationwide for extended periods as business needs require
• Strong communication, accountability, and leadership skills
