As the Operations Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying performance trends and providing insights to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will be crucial in supporting data-driven decision-making and improving key performance indicators across ouroperations.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify underlying factors impacting operational performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational workflows.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, to drive operational excellence and productivity.
