Enterprise Risk Management team is seeking a Key Indicators Delivery Analyst to accelerate the upgrade and delivery of the Key Risk Indicators (KRI) initiative. This role will provide dedicated capacity to maintain current reports, support indicator design, data sourcing, documentation, and operationalization of a Client-wide KRI dashboard. The contractor will partner closely with the initiative lead and the LRR Technology team to drive execution and remove bottlenecks.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly Key Indicators reports in current cadence and format.
  • Support the definition and implementation of the new Key Risk Indicators Program.
  • Drive indicator intake and requirements sessions;capture decisions and action items.
  • Draft indicator definition sheets using standard templates;maintain version control and change logs.
  • Partner with data owners to identify sources and validate data;document data lineage and assumptions.
  • Perform data analysis including trend checks, reasonability checks, and outlier reviews;prepare summaries.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals;track follow-ups to closure.
  • Support recurring reporting operations (refresh, QA, packaging) and maintain an issue/risk log.
  • Define requirements for automation of reporting into a self-service tool leveraging NRG or other platforms.
  • Help build a business case for AI-enhanced dashboards with AI agents or AI-generated alerts and analyses.
  • Assist in the program management of the ERM program deliverables and general support of ERM programs including Incident Reporting, Issues & Actions, and NRG maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, data analysis, or reporting operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in risk-based metrics and indicator frameworks.
  • Experience with data management processes (data sourcing, mapping, validation, and lineage documentation).
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence/visualization tools.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel with attention to quality and consistency.
  • Basic Knowledge of Excel - Pivot Tables, Formulas, data cleaning.

Preferred:
  • Experience with GenAI platforms and building automation/agents to streamline reporting.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, audit artifacts, and change management processes.
  • Prior experience in financial services or exchange/market infrastructure environments.
  • Knowledge of Key Risk Indicator (KRI) or Key Performance Indicator (KPI) program design.
