Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital experience solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical execution, driving scalable, customer-centric digital experiences across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AEM-based digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and marketing to gather and prioritize requirements aligned with business goals.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management for AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), and integrations within Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Translate business requirements, wireframes, and user journeys into clear product features and technical requirements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-performance AEM implementations.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless and personalized customer experiences.
  • Manage integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Audience Manager.
  • Ensure effective use of personalization, content management, and digital asset management capabilities.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user behavior; continuously optimize the platform.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across global teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud innovations and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital platforms.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Hands-on understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem:
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Adobe Target
    • Adobe Campaign
    • Adobe Audience Manager / CDP
  • Experience managing AEM Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and AEM architecture (Sling, JCR, OSGi) – not for coding, but for effective collaboration.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Proven experience in defining product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe Agile is a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and Adobe Managed Services.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience in personalization, customer journey orchestration, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO, web performance, and digital analytics.
