Job description

The Staff Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of product launches and continued improvements. This highly collaborative role assists in ensuring that offerings are introduced to market in a way that drives adoption, supports revenue growth, and aligns with overall business strategy. This position will work closely with Product, Sales, Client Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to deliver launch initiatives that are timely, impactful, and customer-focused. 

You will work closely with a senior GTM team member to execute GTM strategy and ensure we launch and sustain business viable products. 

Product focus: Listing Promotions & Agent/Team Branding

What You'll Do: 

Go-to-Market Strategy Support

  • Support the GTM process for assigned product launches-from planning through execution.
  • Assist in coordinating efforts across Engineering, Product, B2B Marketing, Sales, Legal, Support, and Customer Success to ensure launch readiness.
  • Refine customer positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Support the development and organization of content and collateral (e.g., sales decks, product briefs, training materials) in partnership with Creative and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain detailed launch plans, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with Program Management.

Voice of Customer

  • Assist in planning and executing pre-launch initiatives, including alpha/beta testing.
  • Help capture and summarize early feedback to inform product refinements and messaging ahead of broader rollout.
  • Provide hands-on support to Sales and Customer Success during initial onboarding and adoption phases.

Readiness & Sales Enablement Support

  • Ensure internal teams are trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to support new offerings.
  • Support readiness programs, including scheduling cross-functional training sessions and organizing GTM documentation and FAQs.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch scripts and objection-handling guides.
  • Support the roll-out of structured learning paths and certifications.
  • Provide logistical support for Customer Success and Support teams regarding onboarding best practices.

Post-Launch Optimization

  • Collecting and organizing Voice of Customer feedback for product roadmap consideration.
  • Support post-launch retrospectives to gather feedback and identify process improvements.
  • Help track and report on launch performance across key KPIs such as product adoption and customer engagement.

Operations & Communication

  • Assist in implementing GTM processes and utilizing playbooks for scalable execution, helping to maintain tools and templates.
  • Act as a key coordinator for all launch-related communication and progress tracking.
  • Help ensure consistent messaging and cohesive execution across internal teams.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; 6+ years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience in product marketing, sales enablement, product management, program management, or relevant GTM roles-ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting or managing cross-functional product launches of varying complexity.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous tasks.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder support skills.
  • Basic understanding of product, UX design, and user experience.
  • Proficiency in presentation design (Google Slides).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C software, marketplaces, or platform businesses.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack & PPM Tools.
