Job Title:         Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location:         East Peoria, IL 61611

Duration:         12 Months
Shift:                1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between dealers, channel partners, and internal teams
• Resolve order, shipment, product availability, and configuration issues
• Coordinate complete goods and service parts order fulfillment activities
• Monitor and track customer orders through delivery process
• Maintain and update Microsoft documents, databases, and internal systems
• Access and manage order information using company data management systems
• Analyze order and shipment data to support operational decisions
• Support supply chain and logistics processes using established procedures
• Assist internal customers with order-related inquiries and issue resolution
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize high-priority tasks
• Generate reports and maintain order fulfillment records
• Support facilities and operational activities as needed
