Job Description:

  • Responsible for the oversight and supervising of custodial technicians assigned to clean this client location.
  • Ensuring that the technician staff are adhering to the scope of work.
  • Oversight that staff are removing debris, keeping areas neat and tidy, vacuuming and buffing floors, emptying trash receptacles and replace lining of trash cans.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Supervisor should have a clear understanding of all job duties, be able to train new employees on cleaning techniques, clock in and clock out requirements. usage of equipment necessary to complete tasks.
  • Must be an effective communicator, good listener.
  • Oversees quality work within pre-set time frames. Trains on the use of personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses, wet floor signs etc.
  • Prior Cleaning and Supervisory experience required.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.
  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
  • Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.
