You'll partner closely with business leaders to help them navigate employee benefits, evaluate plan options, prepare for renewals, and address complex issues that impact their employees and organizations.This role combines strategic account management with hands-on client support, requiring someone who can build trust, communicate effectively, and deliver proactive solutions.
