Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer product sales development to support revenue growth.
  • Develop and strengthen key customer relationships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations across product groups ensuring profitability and alignment with business unit goals.
  • Lead and contribute to regional sales planning and KPIs.
  • Lead, guide and manage regional Account Managers on the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in business or engineering.
  • Strong product and solution selling experience in Automotive.
  • 5-10 years experience gained in automotive Tier1 supplier with extended negotiation experience
  • Experience in development/cooperation with OEM.
  • Mechanical Engineer education be a plus
  • Experience in Automotive AVS be a plus
