We are looking for a Chip Truck driver to join the Sutco USA team in Kettle Falls WA. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct pre and post trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety, road worthiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Load and unload wood residual fiber products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure safe transportation of freight by securing goods while loading and unloading.
  • Tarp vehicle using manual or auto tarps as available.
  • Chain-up vehicle based on road conditions.
  • Complete all electronic records regarding working hours, vehicle status and maintenance records using the industry's best fleet management system, ISAAC.
  • Ensure trucks are left clean and safe at the end of each shift.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

As a member of the Sutco USA team, we expect you bring the following to the table:

  • Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • 2 years of trucking experience preferred
  • Winter mountain driving experience preferred
  • Acceptable driver's abstract, based on Sutco's abstract review policy
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing.
  • Ability to enter Canada for work purposes (COVID-19 vaccine no longer required to enter Canada)
