Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver- Corpus Christi

Department: Operations

Reports To: Operations Manager

FLSA: Hourly


SUMMARY

This position is an important part of the operations team. This position will be assigned responsibilities primarily in warehouse and operations as needed. The Warehouse Driver will be responsible for driving company vehicles to deliver and pick-up inventory and record keeping.


The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver also serves as the back-up to the Shipping and Receiving – Level 1 staff or designee.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare items for delivery.
  • Assist with receiving and unloading incoming inventory.
  • Drive company vehicle to deliver inventory.
  • Move trailers.
  • Fuel tractor and trailers.
  • Maintain temperatures on trailers for products on unit.
  • Perform minor maintenance on tractors and trailers.
  • Stage inventory and products for upcoming deliveries.
  • Support Shipping and Receiving – Level 1 staff or designee perform inventory counts and assist with keeping inventory organized.
  • Report monthly reefer and trailer mileage to Accounting/Finance.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Dump red barrels and clean floors.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
  • Other duties as assigned.
