Key Responsibilities
  • Independently evaluate patients’ physical function, utilizing advanced assessment techniques to inform individualized treatment plans.

  • Continuously assess treatment effectiveness, documenting progress and modifying care plans as necessary to meet patient goals.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design post-rehabilitation plans that enhance patient outcomes and foster independence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
