This position is located within our outpatient rehabilitation office in Hillsborough, NJ, which is designed to be a welcoming and state-of-the-art facility. The environment provides easy access to various therapeutic spaces equipped with advanced tools and technology necessary for effective patient evaluation and treatment. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities and limitations using a variety of assessment tools and personal observation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities for pain relief.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic interventions and modalities to alleviate pain and improve physical function, targeting specific orthopedic conditions.
• Monitor and assess the progress of patients throughout their treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Facilitate patient education and promote self-management strategies to empower patients in their recovery journey.
• Documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting with other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness and promote holistic care.

The primary focus of this position will be treating orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving their overall functional independence, pain management, and quality of life.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by CAPTE.
• A current and valid Physical Therapy license for the state of New Jersey.
• Dedication to providing quality orthopedic care and a strong interest in treating orthopedic populations.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in orthopedic settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment protocols and methodologies in orthopedic therapy.
