  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, safety, engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams to align investments with enterprise priorities
  • Drive sustainability and optimization initiatives across energy, water, fuels, electricity, carbon reduction, and lifecycle cost performance
  • Define performance metrics, benchmarking, and reporting routines to improve visibility and support continuous improvement
  • Build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing across global teams

What you'll need to be successful.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in utility systems and refrigeration disciplines, ideally across multi-site or global operations
  • Deep technical expertise in industrial utilities, particularly ammonia refrigeration systems and Process Safety Management (PSM)
  • Proven experience developing and governing technical standards, audit frameworks, or structured improvement programs (e.g., KER)
  • Demonstrated track record in capital planning, project execution, and long-term infrastructure strategy
  • Strong business and technical acumen, with systems thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation
  • Experience driving energy, water, carbon, and sustainability initiatives in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are considered an asset
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally (30-50%)
