About the Role:
Forest Shadows Pet Resort in Magnolia, TX is looking for a passionate and experienced Kennel Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of animal care professionals. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily kennel operations, ensuring the highest standard of pet care
  • Train, mentor, and schedule kennel staff to maintain efficient workflows and team performance
  • Monitor the health, behavior, and well-being of all boarded animals and escalate concerns as needed
  • Enforce sanitation and hygiene protocols including kennel cleaning, disinfecting, and waste management
  • Greet pet owners, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of animal care, feeding schedules, medications, and vaccinations
  • Ensure facility compliance with safety standards and animal welfare best practices
Requirements:
