Job description

We are seeking a Technology Lead/SAP Business Lead Technical role to support customer service technology operations, SAP system processes, business requirements, and order-to-cash functions. This role serves as a key connection point between IT and the business, helping resolve system-related issues, improve processes, support SAP-related projects, and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP SD, Order to Cash, Customer Master data, process improvement, team leadership, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a central facilitator for defining Order to Cash functional requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for business teams regarding system-related issues.
  • Lead and support Business Process Expert and Customer Master teams to meet service-level goals.
  • Own requirements gathering, test plan development, system enhancements, break/fix issues, CRM, EDI, and order method processes within Order to Cash.
  • Support SAP-related supply chain and customer service projects.
  • Assist with global business data setup, maintenance, integrity, accuracy, and security guidance.
  • Oversee customer service order reconciliation and dashboard metrics, including customer experience and OTIF-related reporting.
  • Ensure customer service processes tied to systems and customer master data follow company policies and audit requirements.
  • Partner with leadership, IT, finance, commercial, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver day-to-day processes and system projects.
  • Oversee training, development, workflow production, and support for assigned teams.
  • Identify workflow gaps, automation opportunities, and process improvements from concept through implementation.
  • Report on performance, recommend improvements, and implement updated procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly document responsibilities, requirements, and technical design details.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience leading teams, managing projects, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently under broad guidelines while exercising sound judgment.
  • Experience supporting testing, end-user training, process enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Functional knowledge of contact center technologies and metrics.
  • Ability to assess workflows, identify automation opportunities, and drive process improvements.
  • SAP Experience within Order to Cash functions.
  • Team leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD standard functionality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SAP experience within Order to Cash functions.
  • 5+ years of team leadership or people management experience.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA preferred.
