Job description

Kelly® Professional & Industrial will help put your career in motion with this great, new opportunity. Our client, Johnson & Johnson is hiring entry level Mix Mold Operator in Warsaw, IN. 
Pay: $18.46
Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am - 3:00pm - Monday-Friday
(1 year contract) 
What’s a typical day as a Mix Mold Operator? You’ll be:
  • Measure material in grams using digital scales
  • Filling multiple molds to specified container amounts Operating press to ensure pressure is held to specified time
  • Inspect material to ensure diameter and length are within specifications Trains and instructs others as the need arises.
  • responsible for the cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment, general housekeeping, and 6S activities within their work areas.
  • Will perform simple or routine preventative maintenance checks and minor duties as required such as topping off fluids available in the immediate work area.
The Mix Mold Operator might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Quality-oriented mindset Flexibility Team environment
  • Service Oriented Excellent written, oral communication, organization and computer skills required
  • Ability to work in stressful/fast paced environment
  • Familiarity and experience working with computers and Microsoft Office is required.
  • A minimum of one 1 year of orthopedic product manufacturing experience is required.
