    Primary Responsibilities
    The Head of Integration is a functional leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise integration strategy, managing the integration team, and ensuring governance and compliance across platforms. This role drives innovation, resource optimization, and stakeholder alignment, serving as the subject matter expert for integration platforms and methodologies. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.
    Essential Functions
    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop and communicate a clear integration strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Lead, coach, and develop the integration team, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Establish and enforce integration standards, policies, and best practices.
    • Drive change management and adoption of new integration approaches.
    • Oversee integration lifecycle management, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
    • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for integration services.
    • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive alignment and resolve complex challenges.
    • Monitor integration performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Strategic leadership and vision for integration services.
    • Deep expertise in integration platforms, patterns, and middleware technologies.
    • Strong people management and coaching skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
    • Experience with governance, compliance, and change management.
    • Financial acumen and resource optimization skills.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
    • 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in integration leadership roles.
    • Expertise in working with integration tools like but not limited to Boomi, Glue, API's is a plus
    • Proven track record in managing complex integration projects and teams.
