Our therapies help treat and prevent serious diseases, including Hemophilia, Primary Immune System Deficiencies, and Rh-Sensitization.

Job Summary

Lead enterprise IT transformation and operations at scale by driving innovation, security, and performance across a complex business environment. The Sr. Director, IT is responsible for aligning regional IT strategy with global direction while ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. This role serves as a strategic business partner across functions, overseeing IT operations for KedPlasma North America and advancing digital and analytics capabilities that support business growth. Based in Fort Lee, NJ, this leader will foster a culture of compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring IT enables operational excellence and long-term scalability.

What you’ll do
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of compliance, innovation, and partnership across the business
  • Lead the implementation of global IT strategy and architecture at the regional level to optimize performance and long-term scalability
  • Serve as the primary IT business partner to functional leaders, translating business needs into aligned IT solutions and roadmaps
  • Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships, leading discussions to support business priorities, drive project execution, and optimize the utilization of IT resources
  • Oversee the delivery and operation of IT infrastructure, applications, networks, data processing, and user support services across the region
  • Direct cybersecurity strategy execution, including risk mitigation and 24x7 protection of systems and data
  • Build and maintain a compliant, efficient IT function that supports strategic business objectives and corporate roadmaps
  • Drive ERP optimization efforts, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while meeting business requirements
  • Lead the development, testing, and deployment of IT systems in adherence to global policies and standards
  • Ensure all applications and technical architecture align with company standards and lead remediation efforts where needed
  • Partner with corporate IT teams to advance infrastructure, applications, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Implement business analytics tools and training programs to enhance data‑driven decision‑making
  • Drive digitization of business processes to improve speed, communication, and traceability
  • Oversee delivery of user support services and ensure access to IT training resources
  • Manage vendor relationships, supplier selection, and procurement activities in line with corporate guidelines
  • Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost‑effective investment in technology and systems
Qualifications and need-to-know
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive senior‑level experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, and cross‑functional teams
  • Strong experience managing complex and integrated systems with deep understanding of functional and technical environments
  • Broad technical knowledge across hardware, software, data management, and system environments
  • Experience managing complex IT environments supporting large user groups
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries; plasma or blood industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to align IT strategy with business needs and drive large‑scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to apply emerging technologies to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency
