Your Impact
As a Skilled Print Operator, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality products to our customers. You will:
•    Set up (make-ready) and operate press equipment
•    Maintain color quality and mechanical accuracy to meet standards
•    Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments
•    Lead and support crew members to meet production goals
•    Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
•    Complete production documentation and reporting
Equipment Experience (Preferred)
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience operating:
•    Offset Presses: Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, Manroland
•    Sheetfed Presses: KBA, Heidelberg, Komori
•    Digital Presses: Indigo, Ricoh, FUJI, Landa
•    Die Cutters: Bobst (Expertcut, Spanthera, Vision Cut)

**Experience with other equipment will also be considered.
 

What You Bring
•    2–3+ years of print operator experience (setup and operation)
•    Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
•    Attention to detail and commitment to quality
•    Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
•    Basic computer skills for production systems and quality checks
 

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform repetitive hand movements.
