Job Summary

Kaspar Companies is seeking a full-time AI Specialist to lead our AI-driven initiatives. Based in Shiner, TX, this role is responsible for training AI models, implementing AI solutions, and enhancing manufacturing processes through innovative technologies. This position requires a tech-savvy individual with a blend of IT experience, process improvement capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.


AI Specialist Responsibilities

Train and refine AI models using complex scenarios; evaluate outputs for accuracy and logic.

Implement AI solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure secure and effective operations of AI tools and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business workflows.

Monitor AI performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Solve technical issues related to AI and propose enhancements.

Document procedures and AI system processes.

All other duties as assigned by management.
