Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Case Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Case Manager works directly with our Personal Injury department and other departments within the Firm. Must be highly organized, possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent attention to detail, strong risk management/problem-solving skills, and solid communication skills. Duties include frequent client contact, medical records review and analysis, assisting clients with medical providers, preparing files to submit a properly documented demand, and providing superior client service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Efficiently perform the case management procedures.
  • Working with other case managers and Attorneys to resolve personal injury claims.
  • Communicate with clients as needed regarding Doctorโ€™s appointments and work with clients to provide required documents on files.
  • Communicate with Insurance companies as needed and work with the adjuster to provide required documents on files.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
  • High school/GED diploma required.
  • Bilingual, fluent in English/Creole.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Legal experience, including experience with clients, preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
