Kaizen Solutions involve everyone in the organization— from management to front-line workers— in identifying small, incremental changes that can improve processes, reduce waste, and deliver better value to customers. These solutions are commonly used in manufacturing but are now widely applied across various industries. The goal is to create a culture where ongoing, small improvements lead to significant long-term benefits.
