Village Square Portola Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Surrounded by awe-inspiring redwood trees, our hospital combines high-quality veterinary care with a warm, community-focused environment. While we primarily care for cats and dogs, our location in Portola Valley is known for its equestrian trails and animal-loving community, making this a unique opportunity for those who enjoy a pet-focused lifestyle.
In this role, you'll help create a welcoming and supportive experience for both pets and their families. You'll coordinate the daily flow of appointments, answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism, and ensure financial transactions are handled accurately. With each interaction, you'll provide clear information about our services and help guide clients with empathy and care.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 8 hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday with no weekends!
