Job description

Why Clarium?
The healthcare industry overspends on its supply chain by over $25B each year, the result of fragmented data, inefficient workflows, and wasted supplies. Clarium is fixing that. Our AI-powered platform, Astra OS, gives hospitals end-to-end visibility into their supply chain operations, automating workflows and surfacing actionable insights so supply chain teams can focus on what matters most: patient care. We're trusted by some of the world's leading health systems, including Yale New Haven Health, Stanford, Geisinger, and Kaiser Permanente.
Founded in 2020, Clarium has raised $43M in total funding. Our Series A was led by Northzone, with participation from General Catalyst, AlleyCorp, Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Texas Medical Center Ventures, and 1984 Ventures.
The Opportunity
Clarium is scaling its sales team to keep pace with growing demand from health systems and we're looking for an Account Executive who can move fast without cutting corners. This is a high-volume, high-stakes seat: you'll be running a heavy outbound cadence while also carrying conversations with CFOs and CIOs at some of the largest health systems in the country.
You'll own your pipeline end-to-end prospecting into target health systems, qualifying and building relationships with supply chain, finance, and IT stakeholders, and closing deals that materially change how a hospital runs its operations. You'll work closely with our founding and revenue leadership as one of the people setting the tone for how Clarium sells.
This role is built for someone who wants outsized ownership early, who's energized by volume as much as by strategic, executive-level selling, and who wants their number to be the reason the company hits its targets, not a footnote to it.
In This Role You Will
  • Run a high-volume outbound motion (calls, email, LinkedIn) to build and manage a healthy pipeline of health system prospects
  • Navigate and sell into complex, multi-stakeholder health systems, from supply chain directors up to CEOs, CFOs, Surgical Services and PeriOperative and CDIOs
  • Own the full sales cycle prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close - for net-new hospital and health system accounts
  • Translate Clarium's value into financial and operational terms that resonate with C-suite buyers
  • Partner with founding and revenue leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and sales process as the team scales
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecast data to support accurate revenue planning
  • Build a repeatable playbook for selling into healthcare providers that others on the team can follow as we grow
Who You Are:
  • A "Hunter" who wakes up everyday with the desire to execute on his or her own plan.
  • Healthtech Startup experience: you've sold in an environment without a fully built-out playbook, brand recognition, or a large SDR/marketing engine behind you. You THRIVE in the gray and have a high degree of ownership with every action you take.
  • Relationships: Due to your deep experience selling to large health systems/IDNs, you have existing champions in the marketplace who can guide you and give you solid entry points for new sales. Bonus points if you have CFO relationships, specifically.
  • Proven ability to run high-volume outbound activity while also comfortably navigating and closing C-suite (CFO/CIO-level) conversations
  • A track record of full-cycle ownership: prospecting, qualifying, and closing, not just working warm inbound leads
  • A hunger for ownership and impact someone who wants their work to visibly shape the business, not just execute against a quota
  • You appreciate the grind, sarcasm, direct feedback and a team environment.
Skills You Need to Know:
  • MEDDICC, BANT, or other sales frameworks
  • A deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
  • Proforma and/or business case development
  • Fluent in AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT

What You Get at Clarium
Target Base Salary Range: ~ $300-350K OTE
The base salary Clarium offers may vary depending upon the ultimate scope and responsibilities of the position and on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total package will include equity, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
  • Incentive Stock Options proportionate to your salary
  • Fully remote, with a NYC co-working space available; distributed team across multiple time zones with opportunities for in-person time
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Top-tier health, vision, and dental benefits
  • 401K
  • The opportunity to build on a strong foundational team with deep data and engineering roots at a stage where your work genuinely shapes the product
  • A fast-paced, high-growth environment where we move quickly to solve critical healthcare challenges
  • The chance to empower frontline healthcare workers by automating the administrative friction in their day-to-day
  • Collaborative work alongside a high-caliber team of clinicians, engineers, and revenue leaders
  • Market-competitive base salary tailored to your expertise and the scope of the role
  • Top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • A commitment to diversity, actively seeking out voices and backgrounds underrepresented in healthtech
  • A culture built on camaraderie, direct feedback, and celebrating our collective wins

Equal Opportunity Statement
Clarium is committed to promoting an inclusive work environment free of discrimination and harassment. We value a diverse and balanced team where everyone can belong.
