Pediatrician opportunity in Santa Rosa, CA with Kaiser Permanente

We are currently seeking a full-time BE/BC Pediatrician to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA.
KAISER SANTA ROSA
Join us in wine country! We are 45 min north of San Francisco. Perfect weather year-round, beautiful hiking and biking locations, and easy access to miles of ocean coastline. We have an excellent public school system and a more affordable housing market. We are a group of 25 dedicated and fun pediatricians and 2 nurse practitioners and are only outpatient seeing newborns, well checks from birth to 18 years old and urgent problems during the weekdays. On the weekends we see newborns and urgent problems. Each pediatrician works 1-2 weekend days per month. We have 1:1 MA:MD pairs and a very strong RN/LVN staff. We also have a social worker on site. We have a pediatric endocrinologist and pediatric neurologist who see patients in our office and have access to our consult system where we can talk with any pediatric specialist and send patients easily. We have a small pediatric inpatient unit and special care nursery covered by our amazing pediatric hospitalist team. We have a robust pediatric mental health and wellness team including 4 child and adolescent psychiatrists. We are in the midst of an exciting performance improvement process where innovation and ideas are welcomed by all members of our team at every level and very supportive leadership. During the week we have ancillary service including radiology and pharmacy on site and lab down the street.

Full-time annual salary range is $281,339.00 to $290,040.00 plus additional potential incentives up to $33,250 . Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
Requirements:

  • Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
