Job Description
Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
Profession: Physician

Must-Have:
Ability to see all ages.
Experience with Epic EMR.
Coverage required for Family Practice.
Description:
Coverage needed through August, with a move required in September.
Primary Care clinician must be able to see all ages.
Expected volume is 20 patients per day.
Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Epic training occurs every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Epic training must be completed after credentialing and before starting.
Total patient encounters per shift is 20.
Facility is a primary care setting.
No specific specialty skills are required, and many procedural skills are not mandatory.
