Marriage Bell Family Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our collaborative team. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus for new therapists.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate client mental health issues, establishing the foundation for appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to meet the unique objectives and challenges of each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring therapeutic interventions are relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
• Educate clients’ families about the therapeutic process, enhancing their understanding and support during recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse client demographic, including individuals and families facing relationship dynamics, communication challenges, and mental health concerns. Whether addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, or familial discord, your role will involve guiding clients toward healthier interactions and improved emotional well-being.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships.
• A compassionate attitude, demonstrating empathy while navigating clients’ experiences without judgment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle therapeutic caseloads and administrative tasks.

• Experience in providing therapy in both individual and group settings is highly desirable.

• Prior experience working with diverse populations and varying presenting problems in a therapeutic context.
