$5936.67 - $8602.13 / monthly *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). As a Marriage and Family Therapist at IRL, you will: provide clinical services including individual/group therapy, family therapy, assessments, and treatment planning in an outpatient setting, OR provide services in a school based setting (in the case of the position needed in South Pasadena). provide clinical documentation to meet all County, State, and Federal documentation requirements. schedule individual therapy weekly and family therapy appointments as needed with child/youth and parent at times that the client can attend.

plan, develop, and provide interventions that address child/youth symptoms and behaviors related to mental health issues. address crisis issues and assess for self-harm while developing a safety plan with child/youth and parent when required.
